Jim Sparkman, CPA
Jim, a partner of the firm, focuses on closely held businesses, real estate, development management and distribution. His tax emphases is with IRS resolution, trusts and estates. His audit experience is in service and construction companies. He also provides temporary controllership for various local firms.
In addition to his duties with Sparkman & Company CPAS, Jim serves on the Board of Directors of EZ Solutions Inc., Be Encourged International (a not for profit) and The Exploration Center.

Danny has worked as a manager at several regional accounting firms, including Mohler Nixon. His fields of expertise include small company, 401(k), and non-profit audits.
